Position Overview

The Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with new and key clients and is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.

The Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services, while leading the clients account planning cycle and ensuring assigned clientsō¸°€ needs and expectations are met by the company.


  • Provide seasoned support for key clients.
  • Drive sales of Beacon Integrated Technologies, Inc.
  • Initiates solutions to customers immediate and emerging needs.
  • Exceed monthly sales objectives.
  • Consistently identify new business opportunities at existing and potential customers to ensure sustained, profitable growth.
  • Continually enhance selling skills and product, technology, application, company and industry knowledge.

Bacis Qulaifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years Sales Experience.
  • Technical competence with CCTV products, Access Control and Information Technology soluitons.
  • Expereince working with integrators, security consultants and end users.
  • Some travel required.

Additional Qulaifications:

  • Working knowledge of office software applications and sales automation tools.Basic understanding of financial statements and how the company and customers make a profit.
  • Excellent communication skills including, written, verbal and an emphasis on technical presentation skills.
  • Self-confidence to communicate candidly.
  • Expereince working with integrators, security consultants and end users.
  • Identifiable sales process.
  • Organization, planning, follow-up and general time management skills with experience managing a sales region, prioritizing opportunities.
  • Excellent selling, negotiating and closing skills.
  • Endless stamina and resilience to successfully transform prospects into customers.
  • Ability to excel in a team environment.
